WORK
My philosophy towards work has always been to be consistent – no matter the agency, the situation, the partner, or the client. My personal pet peeve is when celebrated creatives under a certain agency structure could never replicate their success anywhere else they worked. I used this as motivation to really showcase what I can do as most of my best work has been at agencies not known for a high creative standard. It’s one thing to work in a celebrated creative environment, but it’s an entirely different challenge to create that environment in every situation you encounter.
